What best describes this incident ?: NVL

Please (in detail) describe the incident: After chasing the chrome audi for approximately a minute we manage to cut him off and make him stop to which we tell them to stop the car, put their hands up and get out. They wouldn't get out the car after us surrounding them with guns to which we decided we would kill them, take the bodies and continue the RP that we had planned.

Unfortunately the car was locked and we couldn't remove them from the car, eventually cops arrived which ruined any RP we could of had with them.

I would like to try and liase with these guys first. I apologise for not making a attempt in OOC but we got caught up in RP with the police and then another situation.

hello i believe this is me your reporting as a roleplay scenario goes i dont believe i was given enough time to respond to anything within 15 seconds of you pulling me over i was shot dead i tried to roleplay an ask what the  F the situation was about to which i was shot in the head the fact the car was locked is for security reasons and if it was not unlocking that must be a issue within the city if you had maybe roleplayed further ie /me breaks window an drags out i would of been able to co operate further i had spoke with you in laison and i believe we come to some agreement over how the situation has been between us and then began to provide high quality roleplay from there im sorry if you feel i have ruined any sort of roleplay that would of engaged but i feel the situation was just you said u would give me 5 seconds to get out an 3 seconds later shoot me in the head ending any form of roleplay i could provide i would also like to say since this incident have we not engaged in proper high quality roleplay together?  i would of preferred for you to ask me in ooc to come ge to talk rather than just report me as i feel since we have had engagments you know im serious when it comes to roleplay ?      id 15 was not killed or shot he was in the backseat an lived through the whole engagement it was only i who had been killed to which the next day we followed up with high quality roleplay taken seriously on both sides thankyou staff for responding to his report but i would like to agree that this has since been dealt with an was never brought to my attention of a report until now when i checked the page 🙂 i would like to add though that you chased me for around 30 econds prior to this eith no words said u just tried to ram me after i left casino that this was the first time we had ever engaged in any words.    the only thing i regret in this altercation was laughing in the end i was shot i should of roleplayed my injury but it was just funny to me you gave me a timer forcing the roleplay situation to be one sided you didnt provide any good roleplay towards me or even exchange words just pulled guns on me and forced the situation to be one way only.        contact me on discord if you woulk like to further speak about this matter as i believe we had good roleplay since sir spitch#9521
