Please (in detail) describe the incident: **18:30 is a rough time as we ended up involved with medics for a while**

Police were attending a completely unrelated scene near Vagos turf when we heard a load of gunshots coming from that way so we headed towards it. When we arrived there was several people and cars around the car, including the Blue sports car driven by ID 6 - the only RP we got was him shouting "Leave the bodies, 3 seconds to get out now" then starts shooting at Police as you can see in the video.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

In my opinion, there was no attempt at quality roleplay & there was no attempt to create any interesting RP here before we were shot. Granted as Police we weren't going to just leave people dying on the floor, but even giving 3 seconds to leave is no where near quality RP I don't think, this is more comparable to a "hands up or shoot" type situation where we have been given no RP, 3 seconds to leave and then all gunned down.

I did try to speak to the person in teamspeak, but it was a while after it due to being involved with medics etc...

Hello, 

The clips above show that yes there was no prior interaction. The RP provided by ID 6 was indeed low quality however. When driving into an active situation you're putting yourself right into the middle of someone's RP that is already on-going. 

ID 6 will receive a warning for G1.2 RDM 

P.S. This was very poor from both sides, I suggest both parties think about their actions further so a situation like this doesn't repeat itself
