Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a friend went to rob a guy after he smashes into my car for no reason at the taxi rank at around 12:30PM and upon telling him to put his hands up while my friend had his machete to his face which I then proceeded to do the same after I got out of my car, then he goes silent and starts running inside of the taxi rank to the ATM machine and then didn't speak/move for around 10-25 seconds. After this 10-25 second period he starts to talk and comply with the situation with RP but already we decided it was failed rp. We slashed the guy twice with our machetes which wasn't fatal and left the situation which led me to this report.

I'm guessing he deposited all of his cash before we could rob him - he also didn't put his hands up at all till after this 10-25 second period next to the atm.

 
@DontsnakeJust thought id point out you haven't given us any evidence just a link to the report a player submission form. If you can submit evidence so we have something to go of it would be of great assistance.
