What best describes this incident ?: Screaming down his microphone, making it unbearable to RP with this person

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Responded to an incident at pharmacy, during the chase I got picked up by another unit and A1 was chasing this person. As we caught up and got him, I started reading his rights and he started screaming down his microphone making it a nuisance, constantly doing it. Being blatantly rude, he was literally taking it OOC with his tone of voice. And when making a OOC statement in /ooc he took it in game and said you snitching on me.(Didn't capture that sadly)

It isn’t a revenge report, I could easily put you in for failure to stop, dangerous driving and few other charges. I let you go because you kept screaming and not allowing me to say the necessity of arrest and when I did you didn’t even listen and just kept shouting making my ears literally ring.

What do you expect, you wasted an hour+ of my time, of course my character will be pissed off. Ever heard of anti-social behavior etc etc, its all roleplay at end of day

Screaming down your MIC is not RP, you literally are at this stage just ear raping and mic spamming. There's literally in game designed function for voice levels, whisper, normal and shouting. Why didn't you use those? You were being obnoxious and you very well knew it and took it a level outside RP. And when I did make a complaint over /ooc on you screaming about your mic down your throat you made a comment in voice about it.

Hello everyone!

@Handy- You were saying that, since your question wasn't answered, you raised you voice in frustration - or rather, your character did. 
While that is all perfectly fine, there are in-game features for this, and by pressing 'G', you can swap between speaking normally and shouting.
This increases the VOIP range, as well as a slight increase to volume - And by a simple change in tone or by raising your voice, your character would've been able to appear in the state you so clearly attempted to act, without making the role play next to unbearable. 

Screaming / shouting down the microphone, with the microphone unnecessarily close to your mouth, does not constitute High Quality Role Play, and I doubt you'll find it so either.
