Please (in detail) describe the incident: I attempted to pull over a taxi near the taxi depot because it was parked on the wrong side of the road clearly breaking road rules. When I attempted to do so the owner of the taxi Ry Gambino told the driver to drive off and that he did nothing wrong and indeed the driver drove off.

We had a pretty usual chase towards Fort Zancudo and back into the city when the driver of the taxi crashed the taxi just passed Vespucci PD. Seeing that he was in a vulnerable position I attempted to draw my taser (but I had my service pistol selected) and start to order him to step out of the vehicle, before I was able to do that I was met with him shooting at me with almost no prior interaction. He downed me and I called him to Liaison in order to speak the situation out.

I won't comment on his behalf but he didn't understand the point of the talk very well and was adamant about being the right side of the story.

HELLO i am the man that was chased  in the taxi and yes i did fail to stop for i was on the right hand side of the road when the officer approached me and told me i was on the wrong side of the road and to stop an get out he then chased me which i enjoyed was fairly amusing but more hassle than it was worth as he was chasing me he was calling in on his radio for back up saying i was a medium danger to the public and that he needed help.... i was under the understanding that i was in possession of drugs class a and a firearm i was un willing to stop for the officer this as i said lead to a chase across the city which when i spun out and lost control of my car i panicked and my fight or flight kicked in as did his because he drawn for his fire arm the same time i did accept i was 1 second faster due to this we exchanged 4/5 shots before he fell dead an i had to flee the scene before officers came as he was in contact the whole pursuit i believe it was down to who ever drawn first in this occasion as you will see by his camera angle change we both drawn for our fire arms it was who reached first in this case.   

i believe i could of interacted more on this situation but i am a gang member and if im backed into a corner with little to no means of escaping armed with a firearm and drugs im not gonna give it up i chose to fight back from the get go during the chase earlier in i did try a break check and also to hit u off but to no success i believe if i had drawn a moment later he would of drawn on me first an i would be incapacitated not the officer other than this whole interaction at the end was average role play i feel you also could of provided more role play to me an laws an regulations i broke to which  you was originally pulling me and also warning me your a armed police officer that i am to pull over u was just following on the radio . 

may i also add that your taser looks alot like a glock 17 not a taser which would of made  a big difference if mentioned in your statement above
