Please (in detail) describe the incident: Earlier in the day this guy pointed and attempted to rob another balla so we ended up chasing him to police impound which he then decided to combat log but I do not have a clip of that we ended up finding him again a little bit later and tried to hands him up but he did not value life and got in a car and tried driving away after we gave him many chances to get out the car which then resulted in us killing him we then took him dodgy and got him up and instead of listening and putting his hands up he starts dancing and then pulled out his gun and possibly was going to shoot so we killed him again he did not value his life approximately 3 times

I've reviewed the footage and by the looks of it's very straight forward,

Its clear from the footage provided that the player didn't roleplay his injuries when shot and downed a total of 3 times, he refused to comply with the demands given and ignored his injuries after being revived and decided to pull his pistol out twice and the first time he attempted to shoot the players.

Due to the severity of these rule breaks, its clear to me that there is no intention of RP shown by this player. I will be issuing a permanent ban so he can explain himself by making an unban appeal.
