What best describes this incident ?: G2.3 + C1.2 + G4.3

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Individual in the video was chased down & killed after stealing multiple vehicles and spreading it all over tweedle. At the scene of where we was planning to dump him he blatantly breaks character.

Following his death he then posts a screenshot on tweedle of the cars he'd stolen & been killed for quite literally with a picture of him dead which was posted underneath it, this was mentioned in the OOC chat and he responded stating something along the lines of "he found it in his camera roll" (clearly breaking the NLR rule as he's re-opening the RP situation).

On a previous occasion (specifically on 07/06/23) where he'd once again been shot for a robbery attempt, on his way to being dumped he says this:

I've only got the two clips of the most recent situation still saved unfortunately, I have most of the situation from the 07/06/23 saved if that's of any use? I've spoken to a few people who were there to check what footage they may have from the most recent incident (where the individual breaks character) though. 

 
@Envy_I have reviewed the report you have provided and the evidence.

These clips are short, and it would have been nice to have a complete video of the situation., please bear this in mind for the future as it give context.

As for the following rules none of these videos shows G1.2 RDM and thus this will not be an actioned rule.

However I can see that the player does break character multiple times, talking about his "screen" and "game", clearly not taking the situation seriously. In this case G2.3 Roleplay Everything is breached.

Whilst downed and been shot the player continues to talk as if nothing is happening and this is one big joke, he does not RP his injuries and then breaches G4.4 "You have been injured to the point that you have been incapacitated and you must roleplay your injuries. You have not yet been killed; this only occurs when you respawn."

Moving on to G4.3 this is in clear breach of this rule, the player has been killed and then uses Tweedle to post a picture of the situation and then posts in OOC.

This player is already banned for another offence, and I will add this to his notes.
