Please (in detail) describe the incident: As myself and my friend were on the way to meet someone we stumbled across 2 people robbing someone who was brand new to the server as you could see from his clothes. Now this is a very shitty thing to do to new players on the server as it ruins the experience for them. We decided to do a reverse robbery and turned back to perform this.
As we got to the 2 robbers, as seen in my clip, they were seen holding a knife and knuckle dusters. This is when 639 decides to walk away, pull out his gun and shoot us both. To me this is clear breach of NVL as they were at a very clear disadvantage but still decided to pull out a gun and shoot.

Now, onto 563, as you can hear in my first clip he tells this new player to drop the cash to which he replies one second. I assume this is because he is still trying to figure out how stuff on the server works. You can then hear 563 saying "nah I want the money now I swear to God you got 20 seconds" which in my opinion breaks the RDM rule since you cannot give people countdowns, given in the end he didn't actually hurt the new player.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. "Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence".) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.

Now onto 563 again, as I was speaking in the car he tells "me why are you speaking youve been shot in the head". Now we all know this is allowed to do as you can roleplay it out that you have been shot in the shoulder etc etc. At the end of the day ROLEPLAY is what is prioritised and as you can see these 2 had NO intentions of roleplaying.

I called them to liaison but got no where as they didn't believe any of what they done is wrong.

Few minutes went past and 2 police officers had found us which they then decided to call us out in OOC chat for metagaming.

They then offered me to go QE to which one of the officers who found me said we were still in RP and I declined as I saw no point in liaising with them.

Sorry for the delay on this one troops.

Alright, let me go over what I have gathered from the clips provided.

First of all, the original incident. I have reviewed footage from the shooters POV and as you can see per the screenshot, you and your friend seemed to have made the mistake of both pointing your weapons at the shooters friend, who has taken advantage of this and shot you both. I won't be considering this NVL. As he pointed his weapon, the driver of the bike did move his aim towards 639 however, at this point he was pointing the gun and immediately after fired the shots.

What I will say from reviewing the second clip, is that it is pretty poor to watch. It would have been nice to have seen some continuous RP from 639 however he doesn't seem up for it. Trying to force a player into silence by telling them "you have been shot in the head how are you speaking" isn't really on and i'd say is borderline powergaming (i.e using knowledge of the rules in game).

As for the RDM accusation, you and your friend attempted to rob them, it wasn't random as he seen a opportunity to defend himself and he took it. There was no RDM here.
