Please (in detail) describe the incident: The clip basically speaks for itself and this is the second time this person has come down to Ballas turf boasting about taking the shops/money etc. Clear form of baiting looking for a reaction.

No need for QE as this is the second time this person has done this.

Not gonna lie pretty disappointed to see this reach the forums tbh from my perspective I wasn't looking for any reaction what so ever i was simply turning up to reports of drug deals to which i got surrounded by you guys showing force so how is police showing force back baiting? tbh from my perspective you have a massive RP opportunity here so to see it come down the forums route seems pretty silly tbh but thats not my call, the only thing i have to add is this clip i have which happened when I was sat opposite the petrol station i would say this is baiting the police however that being said im not looking to go back and fourth with this so will leave in staffs hands

Just to add the series of events on here for reference


1.report if drug dealing
2.I turn up on scene and observe individual on a bike who at the time I wasn't aware was ballas,
3. Follow bike for a short while and get surrounded by ballas to which I make a joke stating are you handing flyers you turn around and say no selling drugs and explain that I'm not going to do anything there is one of me and 5 of you and I can press my panic and nothing will happen
4. I radio for backup from Mick
5.Mick turns up where we chat and he watches individual on bike hand shake to which the chase begins and he goes straight to ballas compound.
6. You again continue to make threats to which I retaliated in explaining to you what happened last time you did the same shit. you continue to make threats as I leave the scene.
7. You call Bowen to QE for some reason, you at no point mention anything in OOC or call me to QE

The point in me giving this explanation is the fact you claim me as baiting for retaliating in RP to multiple threats you made towards me. As well as telling me your selling drugs aswell as commiting traffic offences in front of me. I really don't understand how you claim baiting tbh

Unfortunately when I edited it to remove the music I was listening to it has overwritten the original clip, I only added this clip for relevance but by all means if whoever was driving that car has a clip by all means add it here I said no words during that clip as you can see in the bottom left and the driver of the vehicle said no words

the point is there is no context to your clip , while you may not have said anything he could have been telling you to leave. Now that you have edited the audio out , this clip is pretty much useless. No idea why you thought it was a good idea to stand in front of a gang turf and start gloating about previous events unless your intentions were to start something. If that is your form of creating a interesting scenario for both sides , your standards are pretty poor. If you were trying to catch people selling , coming up to the gate and make comments like that because you didnt catch them seems like throwing your toys out the pram. Could have issued warrants or taken any other avenue but instead you looked to bait out a violent response in order to cause further issues.
