Please (in detail) describe the incident: guy rolls into palito gas station with a near broken taxi, we tell him to put his hands up, he drives off we chase he breaks down, he refuses to get out. sits and debates with us for 5 minutes about whether or not we crashed into him and telling us its vdm and fail rp.. so we ignore and rp. he tell us multiple time to shoot him in the head. laughs and jokes about us not being able to stab him through an open window and wastes our time. horrible rp. just shouting at us the whole time and not valuing life, decided to stab him after because he went on about coming back for us. continued to talk ooc and without injury until dropped off

that's all the clips I have, anything else is now deleted. i understand the more evidence the better but there isn't much more context to give tbh. if the rulebreak isnt clear enough without a 5 min clip then my bad and hopefully the next person he does it to gets a better and longer clip

 
@ReeseKnightThank you for the report, with no more context I am going to deny this report as I am not able to see if he exits the car at any point. I have explained on one of your previous reports you can use medal tv, which is a great software that most use and this will allow for a 5 min clip to assist.
