What best describes this incident: RDM? - meta - useing info from over a year ago to influence RP and trolling
Please (in detail) describe the incident: 2 gents kept coming back to pillbox saying they were in danger, eventually they turned up and a car kept ramming into them, when the car was stopped they got out and one pulled a weapon and attacked the ramming car, with me and mason looking to deal with that 532 pulled a blade and stabs me in the back and after incapacitating me he just shouts Bruce is back, but i know of one guy called Bruce who is still banned, after i was back up i provided police with my BWF and he was decided to be sent to prison, he asked for a deal with me and wanted a private chat, but when i tried to speak to him he was talking about how we knew each other from a while back and mentioned Bruce again

there was a hit on me once from weasel news but that was almost a year ago and fizzled out, so i asked him to QE in LOOC just to verify if he had used old RP to justify this attack, but he started to talk OOC and say things like what's this message i just got what's LOOC is that your name LOOC ? so i tried to explain it was a discord channel in looc and he was saying out loud he doesn't use discord and other bits OOC

in the end we went for booking him into prison, where on the trip up he kept talking about how its nice to go to the QE pub and asking if we like the QE pub, once we get to prison another car start s to ram us and demand we let the guy go, the PIC is shouting to the other person so we assume they know each other, after getting them both inside 532 keeps talking about how they have surveillance on me and they are always watching and how he will get me in trouble if his items are missing as he has surveillance of what's going on, mentions his screen at one point

his attitude throughout the whole RP is just like they are here to troll and i have no idea if they are new as the clothes and arms clipping

me and mason made multiple attempts to call them to QE but they would either ignore or talk about QE IC

i will admit there is a few times i let my RP slip and wasn't to my best but 532 really managed to get under my skin, but i wanted to finish up rather than just pawn the guy off on mason to deal with, after this i clocked off G6, i hadn't been on duty for a while

unfortunately the attached clip is trimmed short as i made it for BWF and didn't expect to need it for a report

- 4:37 i send a LOOC and he starts to talk about it in game this goes on for a few mins
- 10:40 i ask him to have a QE chat as i wanted to clarify some bits as like i mentioned im working on the idea they used info from over a year ago to reopen some what i would say was closed RP and he starts asking what QE is and talks about not having discord this goes on until around 16mins mark

- as the clip starts mason asks the guy into QE also and mentions he needs to be in the discord so he must have it
- 1:30 as we are transporting the fella he starts to ask me and mason where we like to go drinking and if we like the QE pub as its his favourite, i assume he was speaking to someone externally as he didn't know what QE was a few mins prior and now knows the name of the VC this goes on for around 2 mins
- 2:28 this is where his mate appears and where i assume they might have meta to get him here but like i say i cant be 100% certain, from here he just continues to ram the car like a madman and you'll notice that 532 keeps saying that we are on surveillance and that we are coming, Bruce is coming for you, i also assume they are friends because of the close ID numbers and seems abit to much of a coincidence, and 532 keeps going on about we are coming for you Bruce is sending everyone for you goes on until around the 7min mark
- 10:50 he starts to talk about having surveillance all over his screen and asking if i get what he means, bear in mind he had no body cam on himself and as you can see i continue to ask for a liaison ends around 14:30

i cant remember where but in the last vid you can hear the discord join call noise this was me and mason going into QE hoping they would join us

I managed to find some timeframe context also, I still don't actually know who Bruce was tho but 7 months ago he seemed to have a issue and then all of a sudden disappeared

bit trolly, but i don't see anything too bad
could be a mix of trolling and actually being unaware of how LOOC and QE works

the other part seems to be him just trying to rile you up

could have a account but not use it, it is a requirement to be in the discord, but not to use it, that or he could just be full of waffle, hard to tell

again, seems more like he's doing it to rile you up, compared to anything else.
doesn't mean he's not speaking about LOOC stuff

could also just be his friend that saw he got arrested and then showed up at prison after the guy spent about an hour or so inside PD

he's simply stating he's recording(in a weird way) as to sacre you into not stealing stuff or whatever, could be medal, or him screensharing, hard to say


overall Bruce(yes that's his characters name) will be getting a 1 day for RDM, i don't see the other stuff as being with malicious intent and could be a combo of experience on other servers, and/or lack of experience overall from Fivem
