Please (in detail) describe the incident: Some guy came to Tire Nutz and was just chatting usual bogus, so i decided id like to take him in zips and take him away to the mountains and let him walk back, so as u can see from the clip we pointed guns at him to get him in zips and he refuses as u can see in the clip.

further more from this once he was placed in the little underground thing under the car ramps and kept on chatting so i went down there and cut his tounge out he didnt rp it at all and continued to talk normally

For player reports we require 3-5 minutes before the initial rule break occurs before we can process your report!

  • 3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs. The only exception to this is blatant rulebreaks.

(That's in the report a player section ^^^)

While i do understand the fact of needing a 3-5 minute video for most rule breaks due to the fact that sometimes context is needed, i am pretty sure this one can be considered a blatant one without the need of more time in the recording.

I am well aware of the above, @13YearsASlavehas stated that he was then placed under the car ramps and continued to talk when you have cut his tongue out, this is why I was asking for 3-5 mins.

Thank you for this report, I am guessing due to the lack of reply's that there is no more evidence to go with this. Upon reviewing this evidence I am happy that this is in breach of NVL.
