Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was finished with some police training and was transporting other officers to MRPS while doing so I passed a garbage truck. I didn't touch him, hit him with my vehicle or made any contact with the person inside it. After reaching to the MRPS parking gate we were rammed between the gate and the garbage truck injuring at least 1 officer.
