Please (in detail) describe the incident: I just got into the city I pulled my bike out and headed to ballas to sell, but it was dead. I noticed a car nearly hit me but didn't think anything of it as this happens a lot, so I headed down to Vagos to sell there I stopped briefly to take coke out of my bike then I carried on I looked behind me and noticed the same car coming from around a corner again didn't really think anything of it so carried on. I stopped and was about to start selling where this player rammed me off my bike with no RP Reason then reversed over me, I asked him wtf was he doing he then drove towards me, I tried to jump out the way, but he got me and downed me. He then got out and was like smoking your ashes.

He had 0 intention to RP and pretty much ruined my night.

You have uploaded the same evidence link twice which does not show you coming into contact with another player at any point.
I would also like to remind you that for reports such as RVDM & RDM we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident, are you able to provide this?

I have fixed it, sorry about that. Also am not even sure if the clip is 3 mins long I literally got into the city pulled my bike out and what u have is all I have. From landing to RVDM

Usually we ask for 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident however I can see by looking into the logs that you had only been connected to the server for 2 minutes before being ploughed down without any valid RP reason or any prior interaction with the player due to the fact you had only just logged on.

Due to the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today:
