What best describes this incident ?: RDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Simple enough, I got rolled up on and they said "yo" then shot, killed and dumped me all blacked out. We have recent history with these combo brothers but rolling up all blacked out giving me .1 seconds to do anything then shooting me is RDM in my choice. I brought them to discord in which they said it's not RDM and then proceeded to yell "ballas and combos are at war". They have been doing this everyday for the past week nearly.

We only kidnapped 2 people and this all started over robbing us so we could still remember and we told them were coming for the ballas and he was in colours we got him and then we spoke in discord and his mate joined the chat who wasent in the scene saying stop rdmin my friend then tweeted to me in game saying can you leave my friend please when he wasent in the scene were just trying to have a laugh but if people taking to heart thats there problem

@JONNY DESMOND, there were 3 of you in the car including yourself.
I would like to know which of you shot? Was it just you, two of you or all three of you?

If there was more than you, who else began firing shots? 

 
All 3 of us shot at him 

We did say yo first then he spun his bike and trying to drive off so we shot we tried makin rp scene but he took off to we shot him 

We been warin with them the last 2 days

What made you begin shooting after saying "yo"?

Wasent alex combo because we told the ballas were going to get them since were waring with them 

And he tried drivin off when we said yo so we shot 

 
I dont know how you have the audacity to sit here and say we are waring. We in fact are not "waring" and you have just come up to me and shot with no quality roleplay whatsoever. I received 1 word after 3 all blacked out people in a local car came up to me then I got shot.

 
We are comin for u lot cause they was about 9 of yous whos killed and robbed us so it dosent matter who it was we said were grabbin and balla and how can u say im crying when ur one who report us 

And we still remember cause we dident see the light 

We wouldent be in this situation it u just held the L but obz not 

 
Good afternoon, let's bring this report to a close shall we?

Now, I cannot confirm or deny if there's a "war going on" between you both however that wouldn't matter as such anyhow. 
No matter what has previously happened, during this specific roleplay scenario nothing had happened prior to you guys rocking up in a local car and shooting Alex. 

Neither 3 of you had any previous interaction leading up to this that would make it okay to shoot on sight, neither of you attempted to provide any kind of high quality roleplay or roleplay at all before shooting. 
This does indeed breach rule G1.2! Moving forward I suggest some roleplay has been provided before thinking about turning to violence immediately, due to all of the above I will be actioning this report with the following today:
