Please (in detail) describe the incident: A Bloke offered me a gun for some money which was dodgy but i thought I see where it goes if I got robbed it would of been fair enough and I could of dealt with it in RP however he claimed he was having major head issues and said he was gonna relog after I gave him the money I said okay no worries Ill wait for you and he left to "re-log" it is now 11:48pm the time Im writing this so hes clearly combat logged like I said if i got robbed/scammed in rp it wouldn't be an issue however he left Mid rp to combat log with the money so I couldn't do anything about it I cant resolve it with him because of the combat logged so I have just come straight here .

Right, so ID 43 transfers ID 499, 100,000 pounds for something, ID 499 then says he has "head issues" and will be re-logging.

to which he does, BUT, only two hours later, therefore it being combat logging and avoiding an RP scenario.

And so, CharID 102875 will be awarded a Perm ban (C2.3) for combat logging.
