Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were patrolling when we attempted to have a chat with this guy in a hospital gown cause we saw him handshake, as soon as he seen us he clearly combat logged, we waited around the area for 5 mins but he didn't return, this was around 8.30pm. We came back later and found the same guy again and attempted to talk to him when he does the exact same thing again except this time we caught his ID which was 460. We waited around for him and this time he returned and eventually let us stop and search him but he was breaking RP the whole time in the cells saying he was new to the Server and asking me why i was asking in OOC for an admin because he was breaking rp.

Thank you for taking the time to make a player report @SirennUpon looking over the videos the player whilst in the cells did break character by using ooc information from ooc chat within roleplay, By mentioning what you said in chat to you whilst in the cells. Upon checking the logs I can confirm the player did combat log as shown in the videos above, More noted the second combat log as the ID there is clearly the player in that video. 

Based on this 460 will receive a permanent ban for combat logging and using ooc information within roleplay.
