Thank you for taking time to submit this report.

Do you have a longer clip at all, with further use of /sessionheads ?
You have two PIC's in your vehicle, so I would like to understand which of the two said what was shown in the clip.
Whilst you have provided a session head - It does not show him talking, for me to be able to match the voice to the ID.

It was 1 PIC 3 officers back left is the seat the PIC was in but when I’m home I’ll try and get you a longer video

Apologies for the slow response

Unfortunately I do not have any longer clips to provide
 
Unfortunately without the evidence of the two other officers we will never know who actually said this, this will have to be declined due to lack of evidence, however I hope you feel better @Billy Bubbles !
