Please (in detail) describe the incident: So I was going round robbing and this guy caught my attention as I realised he's selling too, So I pull up and initiate a robbery which he then uses a OOC term of I'm having head issues, which confuses me and makes me wonder if he actually is. I look past it and tell him he isn't and to get his hands up, he then equips some dusters and then turns around and punches me until I'm on the floor then dumps my body. This is the 2nd time today he's done a similar thing today and why I'm reporting it this time

The guy pulling the knuckle dusters is fine here as he's taken that chance against you and at the end of the day can easily put you on the floor as quick as you could to him. However, the use of "my brain isn't working" is some awful RP as these things genuinely happen so using it to your advantage is not to be done.

ID 456 will receive a warning for C1.7 + G2.3
