Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was taken to the cells and I was singing very loud and the officer was getting very angry so I carried on so he took me to another room then called me a (retard) and said I don't have a day job.

I called your character a retard because your character was acting retarded, you were being so annoying in the cells that even your own solicitor decided he didn't want to help you anymore, you didn't say anything in OOC or LOOC to indicate you was being offended by this word, so I don't believe this is discrimination.

Also my comment about you not having a day job was because you were at pillbox with a shotgun, nothing more to say there. anyways in the future if you have an issue with a word being used feel free to use LOOC so the other party knows not to use it.

EDIT: I'd also like to note no attempt of QE was made and the reason I was getting so annoyed is because I had a sleeping baby next to me and didn't want to be shouting over your stupid mic spam in the cells and wake him up, thank you.

I can see how you are being the usual baldy police have to deal with day in day out. Your hardly providing high quality roleplay are you.

You did not make any attempt to speak with the officer about this or let it be known you were offended. Whilst i know this word should not be used. I have checked this players notes and previous ban and there is nothing there to do with discrimination and this player has a character dating back to the start of 2021. So i do not believe this is usual behavior for this player.

I will be adding this to a noting this down on your profile that, this has been brought up. However i will not be issuing a ban.
