Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were just chilling on our bikes looking for some lads who robbed us a few mins beforehand and we ended up meeting two people on bikes and with little to no words said they just decided to kick us and kill us on the spot

Asked them to come to TS and i didn't get a reply

Good morning @Daniel Cooper, Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New year. 

So lets kick this report off. Upon checking the video ID 450 was just the rider of the bike in the situation and 674 was the one who kicked you off the bike and stabbed your friend, Just so we have a base to go off. So watching the video overall 450 was just driving off a little, Yes they did hit your friend however I'd not say in this instance that they ment to run over your friend.

Now in relation to 674 the only thing they said was 'Yes lads, How are we fellas?' before he goes to kick you off the bike and downing yourself around 2:40 in your video. Shortly after your friend does try and kick them off the bike due to him downing yourself and 674 was the one who stabbed him. This of course does fall under RDM for 674 and from the video there was no prior interaction with the pair.

Following off what's been shown in this video no action will be taken against 450 as the driver, However 674 was the one who did RDM yourself and your friend. Following the Fair bans system 674 will receive a 1 day ban for G1.2
