Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a pursuit as Police, of a vehicle that was driving recklessly, police units were suddenly shot and killed without any prior role play from the shooter(s). This resulted in the suspect that we originally chased being freed, and multiple other people killed in the mayhem.

I believe that role play could have taken place by the engaging party, and the situation could've been made less random and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

I liaised with Omar regarding the situation, where he was apologetic and tried to explain his side - I'll let him do so once more in writing if he wishes, I for one think this is a very poor example and a clear case of RDM.

Hey Drex,

I appreciate the opportunity to provide further context regarding the incident in question. I won't take up too much of the staff's time and try to keep it brief and to the point. I also feel like there is a lot of context throughout the situation that hasn't been brought up, which I will try to shed some light on.

The incident began with about 9 Ballas getting into a pursuit with another vehicle due to them shooting at us earlier in the day. Whilst this was happening around 9 police vehicles engaged two of my fellow gang members, we soon decided to abandon pursuing those individuals and instead followed behind the police in an attempt to try to get our members out of that situation and ensure their safety. Despite attempts to create a gap through strategic vehicle ramming, this didn't end up working however due to the vehicle you were in pursuit of breaking down on the highway behind The Coalition Ranch.

I managed to pick up one of our members into my car, while the other continued on foot. At this point, I verbally warned an officer, saying, "You better not touch him". This led to me being chased as I was in the middle of the ongoing chaos. I drove up onto the main road next to the hill, where I turned around and saw that my fellow gang member was already in cuffs. Here I thought that there were clashes between both parties, and given the significant police presence and the heightened tension, I made the decision to distance myself and engage from afar using a marksman pistol.

During our liaison, I attempted to provide you with a clip of my perspective, but unfortunately, I didn't clip anything during the fight due to the high adrenaline and forgot, and tried to clip my POV once you had asked for it like I mentioned. But since I had tabbed out to join the liaison the clip time was only 7 seconds(due to me tabbing out my clip resets and starts the clip from when I tab back in). For additional context I use Xbox Game Bar to capture clips, because I'm on a laptop Nvidia Shadowplay doesn't work properly with FiveM, and Medal drops me down to 15 frames nowadays on RPUK which makes it unplayable.

I acknowledge that the lack of direct, high-quality role-play with yourself before the shooting was not ideal. However, I feel as if it was justified since myself and the other 9 ballas seemed to be very known within the situation and spoke with the other officers. Now if they didn't relay any information on, I feel like that's on them.

Thank you for this report and providing the relevant evidence.

@Omar Farrell - Its a shame to find you in the reports section.

Its very clear to me that you have provided no high quality roleplay or in fact any, prior to shooting the police.

Just dropping the words, "You better not touch him" and then driving off, is not an excuse to just start shooting all the police once you have driven away and got a vantage point.

This is poor and I think you know it is as well.
