Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was chilling around the impound area just across the road when someone in a Honda Civic pulled up and started asking questions suspiciously. I asked him what he wants, and radioed for people to come to the impound with urgency in my voice. He pulled out a knife at this point and kicked me off of the bike. I fully complied with his demands and put my hands up. When I saw ballas drive past, I made subtle noises for them to hear me and where I was as I was out of colours. He put me into zip ties and placed me into his car. I told him he'd taken the wrong person and to stop his car and let me go as other ballas were chasing him at this point. He continued to drive away and lost the other ballas around the top of Vinewood Hills. He drove north up Rockford drive to try and escape at which point he crashed the vehicle, ejecting me and him out of the car.
After being ejected, 444 was downed and I was still up and had only lost my armor. I was still in zip ties and used '/walk quick' in an attempt to escape the situation and run back to ballas turf. On the way down Rockford Drive, I saw an ambulance heading towards where 444 died. I saw them and shouted for help however was ignored. I tried to run up the road towards the ambulance at which point I saw a black jugular and asked them for help. After they spoke I realized that they were also ballas and they put me in the car and I told them where the other guy was and how medics were currently helping him.
We told the NHS to stop helping him and that we would take care of him as he had been taking people hostage and robbing them. We took him to Sandy Hospital to get the local doctors to help him up. As much as it is 'silly' to rob someone in a hospital, he had stuff that he had stolen from me and that was the reason that we went to the lengths that we did. Once he was up, he began to roleplay that he had jelly legs, as much as I see this as powergaming, I respected the RP and followed through with it. I lifted him to his feet and held his hands up for him. He was put into zip ties and walked outside. A blindfold was placed onto his head at which point 444 used the command /die to completely end the roleplay scenario. After using /die, he used /me to tell us that he had had a heart attack. After just leaving a hospital, without saying a word whilst in hospital NOR whilst outside, is just straight up powergaming.
We asked him OOC what was he doing and tried to inform him that he was powergaming. He inferred that metagaming was involved to find me which is absolutely incorrect. He stated in ooc that he lost other ballas at Auto Exotic, however, if you check the evidence below you can see that he was still seen in the Honda Civic at the top of vinewood hills.

I don't have much more evidence that what's here. We did attempt to resolve this in a liason channel however 444 did not seem to care at all nor believe he did anything wrong in this situation, therefore I would like staff input/opinion on this.
