Please (in detail) describe the incident: Brought a man to the hospital that I found incapacitated on the road. At the hospital a strange man stood still next to my T20. I asked him to move so I could go in my car but with barely any RP he hopped in the car as soon as I unlocked it... No problem... car got stolen. We continue RP to chase the car to get it back. Me and my friends are on Radio and sending eachoter GPS. I find the car and drive into it to get it to pull over. My jester is KO at this point. I then get run over by one of the mans what i assume friends on a bike twice. He did offer me a bandage but at that time my other car is being robbed by a third of their buddies... I punched the man ( didnt mean to but paniced and smashed buttons) and after that the guy on the bike continued to go mad and insult me and punch me to the floor. My friend who is trying to check the situation also gets over run and hit to the floor. The 3 men continue to laugh and fail to provide any good RP.

Tried to get an admin but none was avalible and the way the three man where lauging and making fun of us i do not think we could have resolved this normally. It was very childish.


I have it on medal but I can not post more then 2 mins and I am not technical enough to edit the video so i got the whole situation. I can join discord and share screen my footage when needed.

PS: Sorry for the loud 'Fuck' in the vid.. I had a lot of things going on ... I was in RP with my City Sister who was selling her house and needed advice (we just ended a few phone calls)...I just had food delivered to my house in real life  wich i now was not enjoying and getting cold cus i had to write a report on my laggy ass pc that was not working with me and my medal crashing... I was very frustrated but took a breath and tried to continue rp

I was involved in this situation as im the person that stole your T20 from pillbox.

We will start off with the whole "he stole it with no rp"

So at first i was genuinely just stood by your car on tweedle, you then ask me to move i begin to say no then two men not sure if they was with you decide to surround me telling me to leave. I then see you open your car and i decide to get in simply because of how i was being spoke to...

Now on to the clip you provided...

I dont see anywhere in your clip a rule brake, Paul hits you which to me looks like D-sync He then says sorry and offers you a bandage, which to me shows it was a mistake.

He then stands by your car and by accident or not you hit him which gives him a valid reason to react the way he did.

Your friend that showed up...

He got ran over simply because Paul said on radio he had pulled a knife which he did so he was ran over..

Now lets mention the parts you have not shown the part where your friend says to me after i ram him.... He says "this is fail RP we are not in a situation"

I also notice you have ticked the box that says you have tried to settle this with us using discord/teamspeak which never happened.

Like I said, I had no problem with the car being stolen even tho it was in a shitty way. It was just to provide some back story as to how this all started.

I can understand this being a mistake/server issue but he does it twice. I choose to focus on the other person stealing my car and continue RP here but when I hit your friend he goes batshit crazy on me. That is just rude and there is no way I can talk to him.

I clipped until I had ur numbers ... what my friend says i can not control. you will have to provide evidence of that and take that up with him

So I have reviewed the initial footage on the report and the footage given to me by @Jinsei88which shows more context and I will go over it below.

From the extended footage given, it looks as if @Jinsei88was ramming the red car which was stolen from her and the person on the bike in the initial footage tackles her and tells her not to ram her friend then drives off. Jinsei runs up the hill and the bike comes around the corner which looks like desync as he offers you a bandage, Jinsei runs down the road and it happens again which looks to be desync again (This has happened to me and I have done this too others, watch the footage in 0.25 speed)

As you're down at the Green car, you begin telling someone on the radio that you need the police to your location. This alone could've gave them enough reason to kill you, as you're essentially snitching on them for stealing your car and accidentally running you over. They have ignored this, until you kicked them. Albeit an accident but you still kicked them in Roleplay. You couldn't exactly state in Roleplay, that you didn't mean to lift your leg up and strike him.

The bike man begins to start punching you for this, which results in you being downed.

Now, I realise that you never screamed 'OH FUCK' in Roleplay, but you weren't roleplaying your injuries despite being downed. Even though you were downed to him punching you up, you were still hit twice by the motorcycle.

Going forward, I'd like you to roleplay your injuries @Jinsei88this will be an informal warning rather than a formal one written on your record. I know you can do better, don't let us down.
