What best describes this incident ?: Fail RP, NVL.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Decided to Rob someone at Knife Point, i showed excellent RP and made it quite clear he was being held at knife point and he should put his hands up and not move. However he failed to value his life and ran. I used the knife against him as a warning however he still failed to value his life. Later on i was able to sit in the rear of his vehicle and made it quite clear i had a knfie and he should listen to my instructions however he failed to do so.
Unable to resolve the sitation in teamspeak / discord with player due to storm.
His ID can be seen at 2.14 of the video and also 2.55, however due to it overlapping the other ID i read it out incorrectly so excuse that.
