Please (in detail) describe the incident: The situation starts outside the pharmacy. I run up to meet my friend and see a Taco van that I get into for a joke. Guy runs up wanting it back and I get out. He then starts to stab me so me and my friend kill him. We put him in a car with the intention of dumping the body. As my friend goes to drive away 2 things happen. Out of nowhere 430s friend 432 turns up (asking if we've seen anybody here like his friend hasn't just told him to come. Regardless, we say no and drive away and he follows my friends car). Second thing that happens is 430 combat logs at this time.

Second part of the scenario 430 relogs and appears next to the pharmacy. In the confusion we didn't know if this was the same person that reloaded as he spawned in with a mask. They then both pretend like nothing happened and 448 (430 relogged) asks for the hospital and 432 also pretends like he doesn't anything. They drive to the hospital and 430 (448) keeps his stuff.

Even if he claims he disconnected he should have carried on the RP scenario and not got his friend to be at the exact same location he spawns back in to take him to the hospital. I reached out on OOC with no luck so here we are.

It is clear to me that 430/448 intentionally logged out and back in in order to get around the fact he was in a car with his enemies, and presumably about to be dumped. His relogging then allowed his friend to come and take him to the hospital, a luxury he wouldn't have been afforded had the original RP panned out the way it was going.
