Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was selling drugs on Triad turf when i went to the ATM to bank my money, some people dressed in whie rolled up on me and demanded i get away from the atm and put my hands up, so i cancel what im doing and surrender and listed to their demands. Myself noticing a possible member of 229 nearby I inform the people that this isnt a good idea, seeing if i can maybe persuade them I have gang backing to they leave me be. (I didnt) They kept asking me why and i told them dont worry about it. Everything up to this point is fine. They then tell me they are gonna kidnap me and take me to torture me to find out why its "Not a good idea" I think to myself oh some roleplay hats fun I dont really care about the gear if its gonna be a fun interaction. then some guy gets out of his car further down the road. and just guns me down out the passenger seat with little roleplay behind it.

No way am i resolving something like this when people in the server are clearly established are doing this stuff.

I'm 428, first of all I wasn't dressed as a KKK member as it's racist and was quite offended when you even said to think about what it looks like as I genuinely didn't think it looked any bad as the whole of our group was wearing white, it's legit a bathroom robe with a balaclava and a hat that legit says dunce on it, Second of all you are saying to a gang that has just kidnapped you saying this isn't a good idea thereby hinting threats toward us, then you decided to complain about someone's clothing while your legit in zip ties.

You can play innocent all you like thats exactly what you were going for and you know it.  And yes i said its not a good idea, never once threatened you, just a simple statement to further the roleplay and ye no shit i complained about his clothing being on this server with you all dressed literally trying to imitate with those insignias on your helmets then the cherry on top with 428 wearing the dunce hat and bath robe i was gobsmacked both in and out of RP and i let you know that also in RP but the just, "Okay *Bang*" Execution had 0 roleplay or creativity to it you just wanted to get rid of me and was not interested at all in progressing any form of RP or story.

That helmet is not a specific helmet that everyone chose to wear to be specified as a single group, they wear that helmet as it apparently gives your head more armour and it's also the only white helmet version that is available. And also, once again no, I'm not acting innocent as why would I go around intentionally dressing as a member of one of the most racist groups in history? It makes no sense, I wasnt going around with the intention to look like one and niether was I roleplaying as one, the fact that you even said it was the reason I shot you as I got quite offended that you I looked like one as I'm not racist, there was no intent to be racist or to look it when I chose those clothes, I said nothing racist in game and when I even asked my peers they said that you were the only person to point that I apparently looked like a KKK member when I had talked to multiple people before even robbing you.

That helmet is not a specific helmet that everyone chose to wear to be specified as a single group, they wear that helmet as it apparently gives your head more armour and it's also the only white helmet version that is available. Never said anythting in game as to what you look like i said it looks abit stupid cos it did and was purely shocked with the helmets and then the outfit your wearing, you cannot say at all that what you were wearing mixed with the helmets your gang was wearing does not give the illusion that your intentionally dressing as that group.

I've reviewed the responses here along with the footage and I can't see a rule break for (G7.3).

However, @R o nits quite clear that you are aware of what you're dressed as.
You're even the first one to point out what you're representing by wearing those clothes (3:13) in the provided footage.
You decided to be ''edgy'' and deliberately dressed up as a KKK member, it's not what we want to see in our community.

Taking your history here into account, you will be permanently banned under the following rules:
