Please (in detail) describe the incident: At 17:50 I and a few Cutlass members were standing outside the Arcade when we were suddenly ambushed. I could only assume a couple of Coalition members were present due to the recognizable white uniforms and Jesters. At a clear disadvantage, I put my hands up and was zip tied along with another Cutlass member. Fortunately, the Ambushers became distracted, so we took the opportunity to sneak away. As I got to the Arcade door, I was shot with no warning by ID:42.
I felt this was RDM as there was no attempt to RP (I was already zip tied).

Unsure of why I was shot with minimal RP I asked to speak to the coalition in liaison for some clarification, in OOC, but they refused abruptly.

Later on in the day, I was sent links and screenshots of a discord convo where the shooter was gloating over the RDM killings. Luckily, in this discord, who I believe to be ID:42 provided links to his pov where not only did he RDM me but also other Cutlass members in the same situation.

Look at the attitude he has to Roleplaying on RPUK...

We are not at war with any groups and have no KOS agreements that could warrant such RP.

I'm disappointed because these are the people and allow listed organizations Cutlass should be aspiring to be like. His actions resemble more of a GTA lobby than Role-play.

Note: No one he shot in the clips had a gun or was shooting at them.

Afternoon Kash,

I will be getting banned without a doubt and have no regrets about anything that has been said OOC by myself or actions I have made in character. I will neither beg nor apologize to anyone especially you Kash as I know you are a virus contaminating this community in a negative way. I know that you have previously come off a ban so I am surprised you have not read all the rules properly yet. So tell me why you are escorting one of your members whilst you are zip tied? This is an obvious exploit you have used to gain an advantage to move your member into the doorway away from the crossfire. If you claim this is a mistake on your behalf I would find that hard to believe as we can clearly see you did it twice. There is also NVL at the start of your video when we aim our weapons at the guy on the left of you as he runs inside the arcade "injured". Another point to add is at 0.16 seconds of the clip you provided we can see he has weapons aimed at him and communicates on radio giving you an advantage of the situation. He also did this roughly 30-45 minutes later from the video I have provided below. As for you staff, I want nothing less then a full perma-ban that I cannot appeal. Concerning the escorting, I have no idea why it dragged him along and you can see this was not intentional. I will no longer be replying and let the staff decide.

Hello!

I'd like to mention that your attempts of dragging someone with you by latching at straws is not going to help your case, @Jesse White...
The attitude I see from you both in your response and the Discord messages shows that you are clearly not mature enough to be part of this adult community. 

The claims of RDM, while the role play does not appear to be anywhere close to high quality, or to the standard we maintain to achieve here, the evidence is not sufficient to determine without a doubt that it is indeed 'random'. 

To the person in black using his radio while at gun point, I'll leave a heads-up for future reference to be more mindful of this, this is a direct violation of our 'Value of Life' rule.
Once the gunfight started, I see no issues with the people in zipties attempting to walk away, as their lives were clearly at risk by standing out there already - they didn't do anything that would be seen as valuing their lives any less.

I am not sure what you're trying to achieve, but you'll be granted your wish. 
It is common sense to behave in a mature, adultlike way when presenting yourself on an adult community. You lack this, as of such I will be banning you under C1.7 - Common Sense.
Furthermore, a six month cooldown will be added before an appeal can be submitted in your case. This is in regards to the toxicity and in line with your own wishes of not returning anyways.
