What best describes this incident ?: RDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: @MarkW and I were on a police patrol and ran into a guy who had his car stolen and thought it had been left down by the beach. With nothing else going on we headed towards the beach to check it out. Soon after arriving a person approached us and asked us what we were doing, so we said as it was, we were looking for a stolen car and asked him if he knew anything about it. He responded that he didn't so we moved on to the second guy who immediately said "There is no fucking stolen car down here so fuck off".
Opening the conversation that way, my partner responded in kind and made a quite mild joke about the person stumbling over his words. The conversation continues in the same vein for a short while before 406 pulled out a gun and shot us both in the head. He then gets in our car and drives off.
Now obviously my partner took the mickey out of him, but that doesn't justify shooting us without any additional roleplay provided, either before or after. To me, it's as clear-cut as it gets as he didn't "engage in any form of quality roleplay"(G1.2 word for word) before or after attacking us. After the situation, we spoke over Discord without much success with me trying to explain our point of view and 406 trying to justify his. When I tried to wrap it up by saying we weren't going to be seeing eye to eye on this he responded with "Cheers for reporting me".
At the end of the day, if being mildly offended or frustrated over what someone said to you means you can immediately shoot them and shut down any avenues of further RP the server would be a warzone, and had for example the Police or Lost done this exact same thing the other way around no one would question the fact that it is, in fact, RDM. Gangs are at this point one of the main entities people interact with on the server and just need to do better than this. It creates a super toxic environment and does not contribute to the community.
