Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was in goma street parking being told to leave or i will be arrested but as i didnt leave this police officer tackled me and cuffed me which is fair enough, i manged to break out of them cuffs and with no hesitation this officer re cuffed me without either tazing me, tackling me etc.

i did ask if they wanted to see the clip just in case it was different from their POV but i didnt get a reply

Good Morning, 

So I was the officer involved in this situation. So I first want to apologise to you for this situation it was a genuine error on my part not helped by the head issues I was having at the time.  Just prior to this clip, I'm sure you're aware I accidentally cuffed you while you were on top of the car and unrestrained you because I realised what was happened however this took a couple of attempts (to un restrain you that is) as I was getting quite a bit of lag at the time and we continued up until this point.  Now unfortunately I do not have a clip of this as I had stopped it recording just after shooting the other individual and apparently didn't restart it however for me at the time I believed I had restrained you and then pressed alt R one two many times and unrestrained you hence why I went for it again. I did not realise that was not the case and you had used the mechanic to escape and my comment regarding the resitting was aimed at the run-up to this when you had been told to put your hands up already by other officers and decided to climb onto the car not this specific cuffing moment.  Now prior to your arrival I had already worked out an RP story that I had been shot however the adrenaline was keeping me going but now everything was calming down the effect of the injuries was starting to take effect so I continued with the situation with the intention of talking to you about it afterwards. When the RP had resolved itself I released you from the cells with a don't do that again. With the intention of chatting with you about it OOC however before I could do so I was teleported by a member of staff to Maze bank to discuss the situation as they had observed it and that it wasn't me overdoing alt R it was you resisting. As I said before I do apologise for this it was a genuine mistake. If you wish to discuss it I would be happy to chat with you about it and should be around most of today and tomorrow

I can confirm that Avion has indeed been spoken to regarding this situation as it was being observed by a staff member at the time.
@Rock ares, are you still interested in joining a Liaison with Avion as asked by him above to attempt resolving this situation and hear his side?

Personally I don't really feel like a liaison is necessary due to him already saying his side here, if he wanted to speak about it he really should have replied to me when I asked him if he wanted to see the clip.

 usually I wouldn't go straight to reporting someone but due to this happening to me over 2 times in one day by different officers I feel like this is the only way to stop police doing things such as this.

just a quick question... Did the staff member who was watching this situation also see him do this exploit? 

the reason why I'm asking this is because when I put it in ooc saying he done this, another police officer replied saying something about me still being on the floor when I was cuffed the second time (not 100% sure on what he said but it was something along them lines) I just want to make sure that it just wasn't on my screen which this happened

Due to the fact he was already pulled aside for this situation, he will not be punished again for exactly the same thing.
