Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my mate were at city hall waiting for a guy to come buy a car off me. My mate tells me someone arrived to buy the car off me, I go to speak to him, And it seems he's having trouble hearing me. So I attempt to help him using Looc and writing down on a notepad for him. Then all of a sudden, 2 guys show up who are clearly new to the city. One pulls out a machete,, dons 426 and the other starts punching us with no words spoken, no initiation whatsoever. The incident happens out 1 min 30 seconds into the clip

Hi @BenIsBanned, I appreciate you providing a longer clip so swiftly!

There isn't much to discuss here as it is extremely clear this is a breach of rule G1.2.
Both players have no intention of roleplaying and approach you without saying a single word then begin attacking which in turn got them both downed. 

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you the usage of /me's. They are here to enhance roleplay, I notice you used it for communicating upon realising another player couldn't hear you. We have OOC and LOOC for those reasons. 

I will be actioning this report with the following today:
