Please (in detail) describe the incident: The video shows all that is required, however for the report I was conducting full covert surveilance on an OCG when my Grey in colour Honda Civic Type R 2018 model was stolen by the gentlemen seen in the video, a unit radio'd in saying that they had found my car and pointed out this bald gentlemen as being the car thief, upon attempting to arrest the gentlemen I broke my Covert cover in public in order to arrest this person, they started punching me and getting violent after a quick combat roll and taser deployment the gentlemen was tasered and I attempted to cuff him, as you can see I was unable to as he had quit his game, I stood and waited for 10 minutes before making this very report.
