Please (in detail) describe the incident: The video is rather self explanatory honestly, both gentlemen were using some rather strong terminology however 388 was the worst of the two with his incredibly crude jokes about cancer.

From what I am hearing these gentleman are an interesting bunch, it's a pretty straight forward report. 

399 Throwing jokes about disability. 
388 Throwing jokes about cancer. 

From what I am seeing they were both equally bad.
