Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was passing by the Paleto hospital when I've heard someone yelling for help, so I came to that person in order to help him..few moments later another person warns us about a guy in a truck running everyone over without even saying anything..and after few seconds I indeed saw that guy so I went after him in order to try getting other people away from him running them over...little did I know that in the following minutes I would be the target which can be seen in this long video.. I also attemptet few hits into that red truck that he got since I've seen it smoking so I wanted to disable it so I reduce the amount of harm this guy makes..All ended in a shootout when he finally started talking and it was not well..My voice cannot be heard for some reason in the video, not sure why nvidia capture did not capture it but still I think I got enough evidence, he's using OOC terms throughout the last 2 minutes of the encounter, before he releases...
