Please (in detail) describe the incident: Attempted to rob this guy prior and he nvled, we managed to stop his car and he kept sitting in the car refusing to get out, even going as far as getting out and when we went to get him proceed to get back in to prevent us getting him. he eventually got out the car and was killed and proceeded to combat log
