Please (in detail) describe the incident: My friend had been stabbed and i was rushing to help i had got a gps from him so i knew his location when i got there i was taking him to hospital and saw the guys who stabbed him. I then pointed my gun at one of them and he put his hands up and complied to our demands. We then waited in hospital for his friend to wake up and take him as well for stabbing my friend when he got out of the hospital bed the guy decided he was healthy enough after getting stabbed to run at me with a knife saying 'you will never take me alive' whilst i have a gun piinted at him telling him to do nothing stupid

Its clear from the video that ID 376 doesn't show any value of his life when he has a someone aiming a gun to his head and also someone with a knife.
Not only is this in breach of G2.4 but with him also getting of the bed and getting straight back into combat he is also in breach on G4.4:
 

(G4.4) When you are revived/downed:

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 10 minutes.

With that being said ID 376 will be receiving a 1 day ban under the FBS ban system.
