What best describes this incident ?: Complete failed RP which resulted in us losing everything

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Max McGill were chasing a taxi driver who was an accomplice in helping someone that we were fighting escape. We managed to get the taxi driver cornered at a motel in Paleto Bay so we got out the car and went up to the taxi where the driver was hiding inside with the door locked. We RPed the scene out and smashed the windshield with a machete and used /me to drag out. The driver was completely ignoring it and wasn't following the RP so he got on his phone and started calling for backup and then pretended that he couldn't get out his taxi because it was bugged so we tried helping him by using the carry function which he kept denying. Eventually he got out, ran away and tried fighting back with knuckle dusters. He was eventually killed so me and Max went to the hospital where his backup arrived with guns even though it shouldn't have been possible for him to call them as he should of been cornered and dragged out. Me and Max were eventually robbed by them and lost everything.

I am indeed the man in the taxi in this situation and the first thing im gonna state is you powergamed the fuck out of that situation you can just force me out of my taxi by pulling me out, point 2 you had knives if it was guns i would have immediatley got out of the car and let you rob me, number 3 i was already on the phone and i was mid conversation with someone and my last point here im gonna say is straight after this my boys attempted to rob you at hospital with a gun and a knife pointed at you, when you got up you decided you didnt want to value your life and swing at them i will provide bodycam later

1. I'm not the guy at hospital.

2. You powergamed yourself. You were cornered in a bust up vehicle that was having its windows bashed in with weapons. It's a taxi, not a tank.

3. You weren't on the phone beforehand but when you did eventually start to use it, it was going up and down like a yoyo. Could've phoned half the city for all I know.

 
i can stay inside my vehicle if i wanted to like you cant force me out like you guys clearly tried too in the footage given the only way you could have got me out is by tazing me out or shooting me so you did indeed power game 

Plus i would also like to add my taxi door locked and you magically managed to force it open plus my seatbelt was still on which you didnt cut it  

so i would like you to explain to me how you can pull me out of a locked vehicle and also got me out with a seatbelt on that hadnt been cut

How would I get you out a locked bashed up broken taxi? Smash the windows

How would I get you out without cutting your seatbelt? Using whatever magic you used to teleport into the back seat to get out and run away.

 
number 1: you basically just said that you tried to pull me out while my seatbelt was still on i took it of and jumped into the backseat and ran and number 2 i dont know where you was looking but you was ramming the back of the taxi not the front plus the door was in tact unless you put your hand through the window and opened the car yourself you could physically not get me out 

 
Hello I was the guy in the hospital, 1) Cut the bullshit, you didn't value your life Atal, 2) You power gamed us to or we wouldn't of used /me, we only used that because you were completely ignoring us as we have that on video as well beforehand, we killed you, I got took to hospital because I obviously got stabbed on accident, but when i woke up from hospital, your guys ended up pointing guns at me? So you clearly told them I was in hospital when you were dead LMFAO, 



Also the full situation happened because you didn't rp, you completely ignored us from the start, then when you died you told your mates i was in hospital, and im the one to get ban from your antics lmfao no problem 

 
first point you can just /me to get me out of a vehicle like i said that is powergaming which you both clearly did number 2 - i was not so called dead i was stabbed if i was dead i wouldnt be able to talk so when my friend had showed up after i gave him gps i told him to take me to hospital after you guys left me and low and behold you were both there so i explained to him what happened and he wanted to take revenge on my behalf so he took your friend in zipties and waited for you to get up to rob you correct then you cant even have a go for NVL when you got banned for it yourself from that post that was put up because it seems like you can cooperate with someone who has a gun pointed and your head and a knife pointed at you.  let me just stress something to you being stabbed does not mean "DEAD" yes i am still able to talk and im sure you got shot in the head in hospital too after that situation and you was talking perfectly fine to me seems like you cant RP tbh

Can't RP?

Good RP is pretending that your broken down and secluded taxi is invincible as it's been bashed in?

Good RP is saying "I can't press my F key. It won't let me out" when you're told to get out?

Good RP is driving around in circles at an RP scene in your taxi and trying to involve yourself?

 
How one like you can criticise my RP is astonishing after the report for NVL i seen on you, plus i got myself involved because you was robbing someone so i decided to help him and give him a lift to a new car which you guys didnt like so you guys chased him again and destroyed his car, secondley my friend at not 1 point did i say i cant press my F key in that situation not once did i say that, i think your not using your brain i may be in a broken car thats bashed up it still has its doors and my seatbelt is on you and your friend cant just /ME to get me out that is powergaming and you seem not to understand that if you had guns at my head i would 1000% step out of my taxi but you did not or maybe if you "/ME holds knife to throat" i would have 1000% got out but you RP was shit there you just tried to force me out of a car by saying "/ME pulls out of car"  thats just powergaming my friend now if you want to continue with this and get no where go ahead because it seems like your friend has gave up with this report since i havent had a response in days

I think your failing to understand my friend /ME was used in the wrong way and you powergamed the fuck out of it if you had done "/ME holds knife to throat" or maybe "/ME cuts seatbelt i would have then got out and complied with you two but neither one of you did that at all in that situation you just /ME "drags out of car like of course im not gonna comply with that and also how did my door become open oh wait you magically opened it with no /ME involved or being used which again is powergaming so you can continue with this report and keep going in circles or you can leave it your choice 

Also fucking get it into your thick skulls you powergamed because it doesnt seem like you guys realised that at all

Are you deluded or something lol, your car was completely broken, there was literally no escape, we have it on video you saying it doesn't let me click f key as you refused in everyway to get out the car, As we have it on video too your we smashed your window we literally said goona break the window n drag u out, you ignored us. Then the door was completly open and you still didnt exit the car?  We only resorted to using /me After you failed to rp and completely ignored us

Correct me if I'm wrong:

"While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone." (Told his friends we were going to hospital as I accidentally stabbed my accomplice after downing him)

"(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands." (Used his immortal taxi with ion shielding technology)

"Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly, you were downed and have lost the fight, you will not recover instantly." (Demanded to meet instantly once he could. (to boast I suppose?))

(G1.5) Powergaming - Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. (Again, immortal taxi.)

(G2.3) Roleplay Everything - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. (Saying he was pressing his F key to falsely convince us that it was an OOC reason for why he couldn't get out the taxi)

 
Your saying i gave out info when knocked out but you already saw me on the phone giving the info prior to the situation which wouldnt have changed the RP at all, so the RP wouldnt have changed when you was in hospital because the info of what you was wearing was already given out to the people who dealt with you and your friend. 

 
How would your mates know i was in hospital though? it could of been anyone they wont of known i died LOL
