What best describes this incident: C2.3 - Combat Logging
Please (in detail) describe the incident: This report relates to an allegation of combat logging.
Whilst officers of Rural Crime & Rangers were on patrol, they noticed 371 wearing a ranger uniform whilst driving a taxi. Due to this being against the ranger code of conduct unmarked Ranger Officers have began to follow him whilst waiting for uniformed police to arrive to put a stop in. He was followed from Downtown Cab Co. to lower pillbox car park where upon activating my sirens and pulling around the corner 371 has popped his head instantaneously. To ensure this wasn't a fluke or a possible computer issue all of us stood by and waited for him to return, which he did around 5 minutes later only to head pop immediatly after being told to put his hands up. He did not return for the following 20 minutes of waiting nor has any messages appeared on Discord stating he may have been having head issues. Due to all of this I believe this to be a clear cut instance of combat logging.
What could have been a good situation for all parties involved, and given the RIU the chance to have their first investigation / interview sadly got squandered due to the combat logging.
