Please (in detail) describe the incident: Basically I was at Triad turf and the guy in this video had no RP at all with me, I actually thought it was Matthew Liable (it wasn't!) and my friend bought a car off him yesterday so I said hello but no answer at all which was fine, we went separate ways. Then a little later he pulls his car out in front of me for no reason at all causing me to nosedive off my bike, again no RP, no words spoken so I followed him for a little to try find out what he was doing. Then as video shows its a blatant combat log.

Couldn't try to resolve as he left the server unfortunately, we did however wait around at the place of disconnect but he didn't return.
