Please (in detail) describe the incident: Took 355 to dodgy after he shot one of Grove and was then shot in return. He fails to comply with demands when he is clearly outnumbered and attempts to shoot us engaging in combat shortly after being revived. Clip speaks for itself

Thank you for taking the time to make a player report @Siren

Since @Tedsuchhasn't posted anything about the situation nor why this was done we will move ahead with the report. Report overall is very clear cut so I won't go into it as deep as prior reports. 

This overall as you mentioned Ted is very poor from yourself. You had multiple people around you all with guns aimed at you telling you one clear thing, Drop the gun. You decided not to then shoot anyway breaking both rules Siren has posted.

In this situation you we're clearly outnumbered and at an obvious disadvantage. I'd suggest re-reading the rules as you shouldn't worry about losing an item however it should be all about the roleplay. Since this is the case we will follow the fair bans system and will issue a one day ban on Teddy for the above rule breaks.
