Please (in detail) describe the incident: Grove was fighting cutlass, to where most Cutlass ran off and left 1 on the building he fell off the building where we took him to the dodgy doctor. When we got to the dodgy I tried to provide medical RP, by trying to provide /me's to where I got no response or /me's back from ID 354. I then put in LOOC "Do u wanna do /me's back or not?". The response i got was "Fuck no im shattered".
He also wasn't roleplaying his injuries as can be heard in the clip I have provided.
As he was also bleeding out you can hear him say "Unlucky". By this comment to me it seemed like he just wanted to shoot and not do the RP after the gun fight. But I personally think the clip shows all that needs to be shown.

Edit: around 1 minute into the clip he says "Errrrr i'm at dodgy now" Which I believe to be him meta gaming to other cutlass members that was still going around in the city area and not wanting to bump back into us as they have run off the building they was on when we was fighting.

First of all i don't see the need for the comment "Oh boy here we go"! Secondly I don't Believe qe will sort anything out Apart from us going back and forth. Also it is not mandatory for QE and I feel that this is unacceptable behaviour.

So lets get one thing straight the meta game accusation when apparently ive said "Errrrr i'm at dodgy now" i dont know how youve heard this if you listen im literally replying to one of your grove members saying 'urm i dont actually know' so theres that one cleared.

My poor roleplay rulebreak from when i got grabbed to me exiting the vehicle at dodgy was fine, i was chatting to bobby smith in the car, rping my injurys and talking to everyone at the gas station etc yes i can see from you pov that it was poor roleplay when you were doing the /me's but i cant even lie i didnt have a clue you were doing /me's as shit as an excuse that is but if i did get up and you robbed me would you still have made this report ? Ive also been in the city for around 3-4 months now and i was apart of S18 for my first group of friends/organisation in the city my goal is not to just log on and shoot and then log off i enjoy the roleplaying side also. If i knew you going to report me i would have clipped my pov so you could have seen me rping my injurys.

ill put my hands up and say sorry for the looc but i thought youd understand since it was pretty much midnight since been in the city since 9pm. I didnt expect the situation to last as long as it did.

The 'unluckyyyyy' was just a final death message grove have done it before and weve laughed it off. if i had said 'Pussys' or something along the line would you still have done the same thing? I think not

I never said about arguing. i said going back and forth meaning we won't see eye to eye on what went on.

I do not believe that. As this communication of I'm at Dodgy was clearly to someone else that was not part of this situation.

As for your question about would I have made the report if u got up. Yes I would've as it was poor rp from you and your message in looc. Yet again i don't see the relevance of you being in s18 has to this report. You as you was rping your injuries but in my clip it is very clear that u wasn't.

While yes it was late it is still a roleplay server and you must roleplay everything!

So is shouting "unluckyyy/Pussy" as bleeding out is it realistic? No! I find it very bold of u to know if I was to report something or not!
I don't know why you keep trying to throw it back saying if this was to happen would you do it! It is irrelevant to this report

Right let's get into this report shall we?

Firstly want to mention that obviously with being called to liaison as much as it isn't required we do encourage it.

Secondly onto the actual report, in this video I can see Rizzoh's character is incapacitated however is not acting injured whatsoever.

You say this however in the video you can clearly see in LOOC you reply with "fuck no im shattered", why stay on if you are tired? I'm afraid that's no excuse to avoid roleplaying with others, we can't pick and choose when to roleplay.

If this is happening it's quite poor no? Your character is on the brink of dying, having some dodgy practice on your character, the last thing you're going to be thinking about is making some comment to rub in their faces, remember that these people are performing surgery on your character, no anesthetic, no numbing anywhere, you are going to be in a LOT of pain, hence why it's not a 100% guarantee you are going to be revived.

I would expect so much more from a whitelisted group, you are given whitelisting to be better and show people on the server better roleplay than an average player on the server.

Let's save the biggest for last, we can see that something may have been said but was it used to influence the roleplay or the outcome in this situation? Either way we discourage streaming whilst on the server as it can be used maliciously in character and ruin a situation, seeing here it did not effect the situation at hand we can't prove or disprove this rule break.
