What best describes this incident: (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: A friend of mine was held up by 2 people at Pillbox an hour or so ago so we went out to look for them and found one at bins so we decided to hold him up. He then decided to radio his friends after we repeatedly told him not too.

Hi there, I am the one on this report.

Firstly id like to say ive only been in the community for around 5 days, and in this time ive had multiple interactions with this group, which has been them robbing me or killing me. As a fresh member of the community i am still learning as this is my first attempts at role play so i will make mistakes.
Multiple times now ive been repeatedly singled out and robbed with very poor RP, All leading to me being killed or hurt if i comply.

You had asked me to come to QE and we discussed what happened, after i finally realised what QE was. When we got in QE it was explained to you how fresh i was into the city and all you and youre mates were doing was shout over us when we were trying to explain.

I realise now i shouldn't have used my radio when use pointed guns at me, this has been shown in the further RP interactions we have had and all i can say is that i have learned from the mistake i made and it wont happen again in the future.

I look forward to what other RP scenarios we get into from now on.

This is utter crap, point blank. Please if you have the first QE clipped link it here. "frank" was nothing but hostile from the get go, seemed like he wanted an argument more than a constructive way to sort your obvious rule break out. After a few minutes or so he was just throwing out nasty comments, one being calling me an idiot, again if you have the QE clipped I would love to see it. There was a second QE where "Mr.Rezinov" your gang higherup even admits to him doing it, so please don't come here writing lies with no proof.

Ok first of all I was not hostile at all from the get go I tried to explain Daran was very new to RP in general so much I had to explain to him what QE was and how to get there so I sat there and agreed that he NVL'd and was trying to explain, then you started talking down to me like oh did you not teach him in some which I am trying to do whilst also keeping my gang organised which is a lot to do whilst your doing other stuff then when you replied to me and I quote "oh what are you his fucking carer" that is when I got my back up because instead of also helping him learn learn to enjoy the city and point him in the right direction you just straight ridiculed him, not only that you and alex wong etc just go on wind up missions even in QE saying no point liaising with these when it was all calm at first until you made the comments you did
 
If he's so new to RP that he doesn't know what QE is nor does he not know that having 4 guns pointed to him means he should comply and put his hands up do you not think it wise to help your fellow "gang" member out and teach him a few rules before allowing him to get into "beef" and "altercations"? In no way was I being condescending and talking "down" to you at all, It's a very valid question, you're, I am assuming, attempting to get whitelisted as a gang and reap the benefits of doing so, yet you have people whom don't even know basic things like this? So yes, I asked you did you not explain/teach him. You were not allowing anyone to speak in a normal manner, just raising your voice and talking over people, when I asked "Daran" a question, you didn't even let him answer, again shouting and attempting to cause some sort of argument, so I asked are you his carer because I had not heard him explain any of his OWN actions. You then call me a "fucking idiot" so I left the QE as I'm not going to liase with someone who talks to me like that.

I have no idea where this "not only that you and alex wong etc just go on wind up missions" is coming from, so I'm not even going to speak on that, more of a wild throw to see if anything sticks type deal to me.
 
He is new I had to legit tell him where everything was and how to get there I always try to help my members but also I have a lot to do with myself and the whole gang so I can not always be there to help, as for the beef side you guys literally keep targeting NSC to go on a wind up which keeps forcing the RP for nothing other then to get your little kicks which tbh is getting boring very quickly, I answered for him on some stuff as he needs to learn not be talked down to then you say what you said which got my back up,

the wind up missions you guys do is always at pillbox because that's what you and your little group do most of the time I always hear that's Frank smith and then you'll always try to provoke especially to keep calling my Mr's a "fat slag" to get a reaction so yes its getting very boring and very dry
 
On that clip you posted i dont even think i was in the call at the time. Use have nothing better to do than mug people off all night and me as a newbie i see that as bad RP. Please correct me if im wrong. We disscussed and dealt with the matter at the time. You then proceeded to do more “rp” to me a day later on numerous occasions and then followed it all up by a report!
 
Evening All

This situation has gotten out of hand regarding someone "Who is new" has broken a rule. The QE situation could of been a lot better and treated everyone in there with more respect instead of everyone shouting and calling each other names. This is not needed to help resolve an RP situation.

Now back to the matter at hand!

Daran who is new to the city and has explained that and didn't know he was allowed to go on radio and call for help. This is clearly and NVL rightfully so be called out. This is why i wanted to come in and explain that and clear things up and even apologised on his behalf and promised he wouldn't do it again.

From my understanding since this reports was made. You again RP'd a scenario by rubbering Daran yesterday. Which he complied and as you saw learned from his mistake and RP'd it out. Which was happy to hear as he told me about it. If its agreed upon. This report should be between those involved and to let staff from this point on would deal with it.

I hope with this said we can all move on and enjoy the server and create some fun RP.
 
I thinks there's some confusion here, I haven't done any pillbox shenanigans, this is our first interactions and I don't know your Mrs either! I was also not involved in any grabbing or anything after this interaction, I just wanted to comment on the QE! This is not my report so this will be my last comment.

This is a complete lie. you had 2 interactions with us as a group. You had a 3rd interaction with one of us when you tried to hands him at Pillbox, which then lead to us as a group going out to find you and grab you. Regardless if you've been in the server for 5 days or 5 months, you have to read and play by the rules like we all do.

''You had asked me to come to QE and we discussed what happened,'' You and other members of your gang then came in and hurled insults at us for no reason whatsoever, it was only until you all left and @Mr Reznikov joined the QE that we had a civil conversation. ''I look forward to what other RP scenarios we get into from now on.'' As we do aswell. Were here to roleplay and enjoy our time on the server too.

Im not going to reply any further and ill leave it up to staff to deal with.
 
Good afternoon all,

I want to begin by ensuring in future, only the reported player, the reporter, and anyone with crucial evidence of alleged rulebreak(s) should be replying. This applies to @SteveStacy @Mr Reznikov @Huntz-OG. If you want to discuss the conduct of a liaison between players that aren't being reported, do so elsewhere.

Moving on;

The rulebreak being reported is G2.4 (NVL). The reported player is quite new, their first (and only) character was created on 05/10/24, so understandably they don't understand all our rules thoroughly, and are highly likely to make mistakes, or errors in judgment. NVL can also be tricky, even for some of our 'veteran' players. The reported player has acknowledged their mistake, shown an understanding of their wrongdoing, and intends to improve. Now, an admission doesn't equate to the rule automatically being broken, however, in the context of the video and actions seen, it was quite clearly NVL. Four guns are aimed directly at the player with quite a clear directive to A. 'Put your hands up', & B. 'Do not radio in' (Do not use your radio), and instead of complying, they ignored demands made and called for help. I don't think any further explanation is necessary, in this context, the player should've valued their life & complied with demands.
