(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands

Multiple members of The Occult got sent to prison, upon arriving I found a G6 who was incapacitated by a member of The Occult after tazing him. We performed one of our rituals (Without the fuel) inside of prison and was going to originally leave him to bleed out. Somebody then thought of using him to escape prison since he had no phone or radio.

The G6 was then taken to the infirmary inside of the prison where we kept people watching him and discussed our plans for escape. The plan was to get his uniform, retrieve his prison keys and hold him hostage to escape. There was never intentions of taking items from his pockets or killing him.

When he was out of the bed we escorted him and demanded him to get his keys out with his uniform. He mentioned the receptionist was making him wait which made it obvious he went into his pockets. He delayed putting his hands up for a long time, We removed his weapons so we could control the situation.

We had ID 347 surrounded by people some with weapons and some without. We demanded him to move towards the exit door where he starts to punch Jim Daniels (Myself) We kept trying to make him comply. He used the excuse "The gun has no ammo" to which you can hear me reply "It can still cave your head in" I at that point tried to stay close to him at all times to emphasize that point.

When he goes towards wrong doors and starts clearly trolling I try to get his attention in OOC so that we can all go along with the RP. He continues to disregard our demands and goes for the reception area of the infirmary. He threatens to hit the emergency button for the prison whilst 3 of us (1 holding his baton) threaten him if he does. He hits the emergency button and gets beaten to death. At this point I asked him to QE which he said "after rp". As a emergency restart was coming up I was watching QE to see if he had joined yet.

Vinny, Hobbs and myself met in QE. I asked his thoughts on the situation to which he justified that the gun was empty. He also claimed his life was threatened and that he wouldn't die, he would only be badly injuried if everyone attacked him. During the QE he had random friends joining the QE not talking and then leaving to which he had to join his own discord I assume to tell them to stop. This disheartened me during the QE as it was clearly not being taken seriously.

I told Hobbs, I am happy for us to try and replay the RP and go along with anything that happens during to which he agreed. Unfortunately due to the storm, he was locked in a room out of reach making the RP unrepeatable. Due to this nature of things not being rectified and no solution being met. I feel I have to report this member for G2.4 as it greatly affected the course of RP and if a emergency restart didn't happen could have effected everyone involved due to the alarm being hit.

I'm sorry you had to take the time to put the report up, I'm more than happy to resolve this in a private call. Unfortunately I cannot stop people from joining the public liason channels, but I assure you that I was taking it with the upmost regard to discuss the situation.

Unfortunately I feel you were given multiple chances in OOC and RP. 

I wish you had taken the RP as serious as this report as we both know it is a serious RP server.

Upon joining back and realising that we couldn't go as we discussed in liason during the restart, I offered to go to Discord again to discuss further. However I don't believe I got a reply to this. I think we can agree that the liason was going in the right direction, only shortsighted by the changes the restart brought about.

Hi Hobbs,

Albeit you wanted to liase again, the fact remains it should have never gone to a liason in the first place.

At no point have you apologised or recognised your actions. I can respect your effort for resolution but I feel thats because you know you're guilty but not owning up to it.

You were given many chances but consistently disregarded them. 

I did not want to go back to QE with you as there was no resolution I could see you could offer. The damage was done.

I'd rather a liason as to discuss the situation in voice to avoid any confusion from text. It was not my intention to offer a new resolution when I asked in looc to join back into liason, more so to apologise and further elaborate on the roleplay decisions made. Your first ooc message didn't click in my head as it was rather vague, but it was myself who noticed my actions as the roleplay progressed and therefore I offered during the liason to continue after the restart in a way that we agreed could still be worth your time.

Are you admitting during roleplay you realised what you were doing was wrong but continued to do it?

Or are you just trying to tell me what I want to hear?

What's stopping you from apologising now? 

I still havent seen any effort from yourself to acknowledge what you did. You seem more focused on liason when infact the reason we are now here is because of your actions in roleplay.

As per rule G2.4, "At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands."

@HobbDuring this scenario, you were clearly outnumbered and at a huge disadvantage. Whilst they are throwing demands at you, you began stalling, especially when collecting your items from the front desk and they even had to check you as you didn't claim to have collected them after they asked you to.
Whilst still being given clear demands, you then unlock the office door, walk into the room and start threatening a lockdown as if you've got the upper hand in the situation? This makes no sense whatsoever, you had done everything within your power to win the situation forcing a lockdown.

(G4.5) When you have been revived: 

• Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat, in which case you must still roleplay your injuries.
  

At first you roleplayed your injuries and still were doing during this scenario but I do not understand why you started punching when no fight had been started for you to defend yourself and still be at a disadvantage 

Now I see that you have been asking them to liaison which they have refused but during this report nothing has been said by yourself to defend your actions or even talk about it on the report it's self.

Due to the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today.
