Please (in detail) describe the incident: The RDM occurs approximately 5 minutes after we responded to reports of a stolen AD car which ended with the driver of the vehicle being shot by police. I was providing medical RP to the down individual when @712 is spotted at 6:22 messing with the police cordon, he was told to leave the area multiple times before picking the cones up and attempting to flee. @712, called for his friend before being tased and attempts to break cuffs becoming injured in the process. After noticing @712 was downed he was taken back into the police cordon where I began providing medical, around 30 seconds later I was shot by an unknown individual who was later found to be @345.

@345, provided no roleplay before attacking us to which he agreed in liaison afterwards but disagreed he RDMed us.

Hello, I am ID 345. It’s unfortunate to see this end up here but none the less I will try to explain my side of things. We did speak in liaison about the situation and I felt like I was brushed off and instantly met with an “rdm” claim before I could even defend myself. As I did try to explain in the liaison, I was involved in this situation from the beginning, whether that was unknown to you or not. I was in both of the chases with Sam Jacob’s and later on Erik. I feel as though your account of events is missing a lot of context. During the chase with Sam, I was rammed into (by an officer, not such which) whilst trying to exit the vehicle. I was running away from the vehicle when I heard both auto and semi-auto gunfire. I came back around to the back of the alley to see what had happened and if there was anything I could do to help my friends when I saw that Sam was down and injured (assembly by officer on scene). This is when I decided to go and find a local vehicle that I could use to scope the area and see if there was an opening for me to get Sam out of the custody of officers and to safety. I tried to speak to one of the officers near the alley and ask why Sam had been shot, I was completely ignored. I tried to get closer and attempted to speak to another officer who instantly responded with hostility towards me, screamed at me to leave and immediately pulled a taser whilst other officers also started to get closer to myself and the local vehicle I got. I then hear Erik ask for my location on radio & I let him know where I am in case he stopped hearing from me given the situation with the officers previously. Erik then tries to sneak towards the area and start to steal the cones placed by officers, in the hopes it would cause enough of a distraction for me to get in and get Sam.

This is when I hear Erik shouting for help over the radio, once I arrive to where I knew Erik was I see him down and being escorted by an officer making that 2 of my friends injured by the same officers. I wait nearby for the right moment and get cover to try and get an upper hand on the situation. My main priority here is to try and get my friends away from the officers. It’s just unfortunate that you (maybe) didn’t have the full context to the situation IC (possibly due to a lack of communication between officers) but you also didn’t let me explain it during the liaison.

 
I was one of the people shot in the initial burst of shots. My issue with this there was no roleplay whatsoever before this player attacked us, it felt very poor overall and seemed like an excuse to shoot us because they were "involved". Personally, if you have to go into LOOC and say 'Yeah guys I was involved in that situation' after shooting 4 people, doesn't make you look good. 

I called 345 to liaison where we discussed the situation, he gave his context and side of the situation. I would argue we gave you ample time to explain yourself however the main points for me were you admitted you didn't give us high quality roleplay before attacking but refused you RDMed us. I explained the rule, to which you were still adamant you did not RDM us. Fair enough, that's your opinion. Also. if you think we're trying to get you banned, this is simply not the case, this is an opportunity to learn for both of us.

Thank you for the report

After reviewing all of the evidence provided in this report with 2 other staff members, we have come to the following conclusion.

@Kehari although you may have been involved in some kind of police incident you had no prior roleplay whatsoever with the 3 officers that you ended up shooting.
The 3 you shot were not a part of the pursuit and were attempting to provide medical roleplay. For you to just peek around the corner without any prior interaction or words spoken and shoot 3 people with a headshot is poor, as even admitted by your self "my roleplay could have been better"

There are so many things that you could've done differently in this scenario, considering this is a roleplay server we would hope you'd at least attempt creating something fun. 
Imagine if you were in their shoes and just got tapped from nowhere? 

RDM states that you are to provide high quality roleplay before attacking another player which in this incident you have not done.
It is sadly difficult to take your video into account as there is no audio and is edited as the footage jumps before you reach the officers.

I can see you have been here for almost a year and have a pretty clean record, I would have been willing to give you a warning for this if this had not affected further roleplay, due to what had happen 3 officers were down (needing medical) and the person they were tending to then got away.
