Please (in detail) describe the incident: Guy was VDMing people outside pillbox and earlier on in legion square. My recording software only has 3 mins but he did it before hand aswell.
He was also talking a lot for someone whos in critical condition in hospital.

Glad this report is here, because there is a bit more to it. I was the other Apostle with Kenneth in the car ( for the most part).

This is the part in legion square and prior for the situation in the report, is actually what led Kenneth into the hospital in teh first place.

We were looking for my stoken dirt bike, when we saw a down man on the floor near ammu nation. Without any word we decided to help him and take him to Pillbox. Then chaos just happen.

He did tryed to run us over, and succeed. luckyl didnt kill us. He also didnt valued his life, while having a gun pointed at him and driving off in the car. ( I would accept it, if he didn't had recognized there was a gun, if he didnt had stoped and if he didnt has his hands up, but he did all of that)

Thanks for the long video of the situation, I will be reviewing all the evidence now so bare with me.

Hello again, I have reviewed the evidence and have concluded the following:

In the beginning, when you guys are trying to help out the downed man on the ground at the car park, the reported individual starts ramming into your white BMW shortly after that he starts running towards you and without saying anything, he proceeds to starts punching and then starts saying "Get the fuck away from my mate".

Shortly after that, one of you has a pistol pointed to his head at point-blank range. It looks like he is complying and listening to you but he then decides to ram you with his car even though you can clearly see that you would have had the chance to shoot him dead if you were not so patient with him.

At time-stamp 4:44, you can see that the reported individual was still in the red car in the passenger seat zip tied. It was not the same person driving the white local car.
