Please (in detail) describe the incident: So myself and my mate were leaving the clothing store and were gonna head up into sandy and paleto to try get some hostages when we start being followed by someone. We check to make sure its us they are following and it is.

As we leave the vinewood hills we get rammed by multiple cars with 0 rp given from any of them. as this happens the driver in one of their cars starts shooting at me with a taser also saying nothing. So i return fire and start to leave the area to try hide. During this time i sit in a bush when another person runs over to myself and trys attacking me in the push.. I shoot at him abit aswell as another female who just starts attacking me with brass knuckles with no regard or care for their own lifes considering I have a gun, resulting in me killing one of the,. I then get killed and dumped shortly after.

I have attempted to communicate with them over OOC but no reply hence this report.

Firstly, not RDM you robbed one of our boys in a taxi probably about 5 minutes before we found you so we had more than enough reason to stop you. Secondly, not NVL at all mate, you shot at me in the car after i tried to tase you and i instantly stopped, got out of the car and hid for cover. You then ran behind the house on foot with your friend and decided to hide in a bush. There was roughly 10 of us running looking for you when i said to everyone "hes probably in a bush hiding" to which then followed me swinging aimlessly into a bush that then you popped out of. At that moment, you pulled a gun on me and started shooting even though we were all around the house. That's not NVL considering i was already swinging and you then decided to start shooting, and having everyone around me, with guns bare in mind, didnt lead me to think "hm yeah hes 1 guy with a gun but theres 10 of us but yeah let me try run away anyways or put my hands up".  Thats all i will say and next time go to Discord or TS before making a report with no real backbone and it couldve been explained there.

Hello I was one of those people at this situation.

My friend was in a taxi and was robbed by 2 people in a grey SUV one with a gun and I'm not sure what the other had he said as we all rushed out of our turf, One of my members which was in that rancher following you used radio to say his found the grey SUV so we all acted on it and tried to box you in and taze you out so we can chat to you, You then opened fire to which we all went searching for you as you disappeared, Then when you have been spotted people tried to attack you and eventually leading to you being shot.

as for trying to contact us through OOC you never asked us to come to liaison to speak about that situation you just jumped straight to the report

So your premise there is that, you tried to tase me first thing without saying a word to me.... From previous experience that isnt allowed without any prior RP as ive literally been banned for that thing. And with you saying there was more people around with guns. again, an active rp scenario was ongoing where you robbed one of our boys and we were looking for you. but yeah keep ignoring that fact and also the fact i swung at a bush where i couldnt see anyone let alone a gun.. but yeah staff can deal with it mate.

No one said that lmao, Your more within your rights to help your mate, chatting to us first maybe abit of light ramming with your cars to a box idk there is tons of ways you could of handled it instead of ramming us out of nowere in your cars and trying to taser us straight away. Same car yes, same clothing no. Lots of lose cars in the city buddy and the potential for you to do that exact thing to someone else who wasnt involved is high. The "Rdm" isnt even that much of the issue. Its more the fact that you ram us out of nowere and instantly try to tase us from your car without an ounce of RP from yourselves. Followed by charging a gunman with knuckle dusters.

What is there to talk about? People who are clearly established in the server and doing dumb stuff like that. I go to liason far to much for dumb shit like this hence why ive came to a zero tolerance policy when it comes to NVL because it just shouldnt be done. The boxing of cars and ramming with the taser easily could of been talked off but the fact of just how dumb charging someone actively shooting at you when they have range on you with knuckle dusters is simply the dumbest shite ive seen in time.

@Kayla M i am the person who was robbed i got straight on the phone to my friend told him what had just gone on i described you both and what weapons you had i was also following  you for as long as i could because my taxi was damaged within about 1 min of me losing you it came over the radio that you had been found and they had been following you which you can see in your body cam at this point over the radio it was discussed for someone to come from the left side and the rest is on your cam so the rp was on going from the second you left me

if we see the vehicle we are obviously going to try box the car in, Of course we are going to taser straight away our member said you had a gun so how are we going to know your not going to just shoot straight away? We could of just shot straight away but didn't hence the taser when you opened fire then one of our members pulls his out to look for you, Liaison is there so you can speak on the situation and trying to resolve rather then just jump straight into the report because then all your doing by doing that is getting your story across then not really giving us a chance to explain ours until the reports already made.

He was checking the bushes and didn't even know you was in there so how's he going to know you had your gun out still cause no shots was fired at him from the bush to indicate you was even still there, Like I said earlier about liaison it's there to give people a fair chance to explain just because people have done that to you in the past does not mean we are all the same so please don't paint us all with the same brush because it's clearly not the case.

Hi, going to nip this in the bud. The clip provided doesn't show any breach of NVL. Regardless of you having a gun. You were hiding from the individuals and they massively out numbered you. At this point I suggest you stop trying to rule play mid RP and in general.
