Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and other officers/NHS were attending a call out of locals shooting and helping people that had been gunned down. And the chap in the truck ID:302 decides to line us up as seen in the video and intentionally drive into us downing two people and trying to spoil the current RP scenario.
