Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was repairing a car in the road to take to the impounded and a small car comes crashing into me and runs me over don't know who the guy is its just a random attack he then gets out and says something like what you got on you bitch while im down then repairs the car and drives off i did ask in OOC what he was doing but never got a reply
