Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had been told over radio that a Blue BMW had been involved in a kidnapping involving a firearm. We boxed the vehicle up against the wall and had multiple firearms pointed at them.
The male in white is the individual in question here. 288 decided to stall time and not comply with clear orders with rifles pointed towards him, until eventually pulling out a pistol and shooting at officers.
I think that this is clear NVL from 288.
Whilst in liason, 288 did not seem to understand his wrongdoing and thinks that pulling out a firearm in this scenario is okay. He was told by his friend to 'just agree' then he continued to argue his point. I strongly believe that 288 has taken nothing from the chat we had will continue with this low quality fragging roleplay.
