Please (in detail) describe the incident: Earlier on in the day the person who I am reporting crashed into us at speed and completely disabled my car, I asked for a repair kit he didn't have one, he drove towards Strawberry Gas Station and I was under the assumption he was going to buy me one however when pulling out of the station he continued to drive past. Time goes on and I end up seeing him maybe 40 mins to an hour later in the same car wearing the same thing. I pull up besides his car and say can I have a repair kit, eventually leading to the conversation of why I wanted one as he still owed me one from earlier, bit of a chase led on however I had nothing to make him pull over and didn't think ramming him off the road was suitable at the time. He starts to get cheeky and I eventually go into my house which was nearby to get a pistol to try help disable his car and use as a threat if needs be. I lose him as I going into my house but then later find him in a new car (Focus RS) at pillbox, chase ensues again but this time I popped his tyre and decided to ram my vehicle into his to make him pull over. You can see in the video he is stuck, outnumbered and with guns being shown as threat. We tell the man we want him to get out the car, he is then ziptied, pockets are searched and then he combat logs. Unsure as of the reason as it seemed he had not much worth of saving. We wait at the location as I feel he is the type to come back pretty quick (Shown in second video) we pull up to him to try again however this time we are greeted with him threatening to "leave if we do anything stupid". With two guns at him he fails to comply and value his life he tries to get into my car so I shoot and he then contiues to not act injured in any manor.
